How can I return my order?

Returning your order is easy! Simply follow our returns process.

Have you received my return?

Our return process usually takes up to 14 days from when you sent back your items.

As soon as your return has been handled you will be refunded through the original payment method you chose for your order. The transaction usually take 2-5 working days and you will receive a confirmation by e-mail once the refund has been issued.

Shop with confidence this Christmas with our extended returns policy valid from 20th November 2020 and you'll have until 31st January 2021 to return purchases bought during this time. Our extended returns policy applies across all online orders – plenty of time to make sure your gift is perfect!

What happens if my package is damaged or missing?

If the package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all (and it is past the estimated delivery date given on the carrier’s tracking portal), please contact us directly.

Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, our system can't make any exchanges, only returns and refunds! However, you are more than welcome to return the item you don't wish to keep for a full refund and then place a new order for the item that you want instead

If you need any help with the return or if you had used a discount code for your order, don't hesitate to contact us.

Can I return sales items?

We gladly accept returns on products that are in original condition within 30 days of receipt of your order.

Orders

I haven't received my order confirmation?

You will automatically receive your order confirmation by e-mail within 24 hours. Please note that it could also end up in your spam folder.

If you have not received your order confirmation within this time frame you are more than welcome to contact us for further help!

Can I edit/cancel my order after I've placed it?

Sadly no! Once your order is placed and imported to our system we have no ability to edit it or make any changes for you.

We are really quick at processing your order and are therefore unable to cancel it before shipping. However, you are always more than welcome to return your order to us, if you do not wish to keep it!

Can I change my shipping address?

Unfortunately, our system can not change any orders once they have been placed. This includes changing the delivery option and payment method. Therefore, always make sure that you enter the correct information before completing your purchase!

I haven't received my shipping confirmation?

As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with a link to a tracking page so that you can follow your order! Remember that this can sometimes end up in your spam folder so have a look there too! If you still cannot find it, please contact us and we will help you!

There's a product missing in my order?

If you are missing a product in your order, we ask you to contact us with your order number, the name of the missing product and a picture of your full return note and we will help you further. We sincerely apologize if this has happened to you!

If your package was damaged or opened when you received it, we ask you to directly contact your post office or the delivery service as well to make a claim for this. In this case we would also appreciate it if you would send us a picture of the damaged parcel.

I have received a damaged/the wrong product?

If you received a damaged or incorrect product in your order, we sincerely apologize for this! Please contact us with your order number, the name of the product and a picture of it and we will make sure to help you out!

When will I receive my order?

Tracking updates can be found in the eShopWorld tracking portal.

Processing and delivery times differ by retailer and destination country. If the tracking information has not updated in 7 days, please contact us. so we can investigate!

How can I track my international order?

You can track your international order once you have received your tracking number via email. To see tracking updates for your order, click the link in the retailer’s email, or enter your tracking number in our tracking portal here.
Tracking updates may not be real-time and can be subject to delays, dependent on carrier!

Please note: your order confirmation number is not a tracking number and cannot be used to track your order.

Payment

Why has my international order been charged duties and taxes?

Goods imported into certain countries (including European Union, Switzerland, Norway and Japan) must be declared to Customs and may be liable to duties and tax (sales tax e.g. VAT/GST). This declaration is made by eShopWorld and any duty & taxes arising are paid by eShopWorld on your behalf.

Both duty and tax are calculated at rates set out by Customs, depending on the type of product, where it is made (country of origin) and other criteria. The breakdown and the calculations are then based on the value of the goods and shipping. Please be aware that duty may also form part of the tax calculation.

In some countries, we include the cost of the duty and tax in the price of the product. In others, they are shown as a separate cost in the shopping cart. In all cases, the calculation is governed by the duty and tax regulations of the importing country. In different countries/territories, there are certain thresholds where certain items may be tax and duty exempt, based on the type of product or the total value of the order.

Note that Customs clearance may occur regionally instead of in the final delivery country. For example, your parcel may clear customs in France, even if you live in another European Union country. Similarly, it might clear in Singapore, even if you live in another part of Asia.
